Danum
Valley is a rare place, still covered with dense, primary
rainforest. Though it is full of life, wildlife photos were
difficult through the dark, thick vegetation. We saw red leaf
monkeys, gibbons, flying lemurs (at night), giant squirrel,
and lots of lizards and insects. At night, fireflies twinkle
all around.
