Punta
Arenas is the Chilean gateway to Patagonia, though the city
itself is not particularly interesting. We rented a car and
visited nearby Magellanic penguins at Seno Otway. Here, about
3000 penguins live in the protected area, where visitors can
observe them via walkways and lookouts.
